Okay, so it's really simple. Cut and paste an image of a wheel (normal to view) onto your drawing. Transform it so that it is in perspective. Liquify the center of the wheel and pull inwards or towards your vanishing point. Liquifying is a pain in the butt if you are not careful otherwise you will just end up with a very blurry wheel. After you do this, flatten your image and begin burning (adding shadows) to your wheel. Repeat for other wheels...
