I recently did a few concept drawings just for fun. I ended up with a few drawings that were inspired by the book I picked up recently called "Mechanika" by Doug Chiang. This is one of the "mecha" designs I came up with. I call it "Mecha Charging Complete" because I just learned a new photoshop technique where you can wrap an object in a glowing rope. It kind of looks like it just finished charging hence the name.
I have also been working on another concept -- here is the finished rendering: I call it, the "Propirus"
